Nakheel Street, near the Irani Mosque, opposite the Phoenix Hotel. Bring your passport in, sit down, and have your file handled by the person in front of you. This is not a call centre with a Dubai phone number.

9:30 AM to 11:30 PM, seven days a week. Visa deadlines, schedule changes and fare drops do not wait for Monday morning, so neither do we.

You get it in writing first
We check availability and price with our suppliers, then send a written quotation. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you say yes to a figure you have already seen.
Pay the way that suits you
Visa and Mastercard, Tabby and Tamara for instalments, and bKash if the money is coming from home. Five routes, so paying is never the thing that holds a booking up.

We price it against our suppliers and send you a written quotation with what is included.
You decide
Nothing moves until you approve the figure. Ask us to change the dates or the hotel and we requote.
We book and hand over
Tickets, hotel vouchers and visa paperwork, checked against your passport before they reach you.
What we will tell you before you ask
- We are a travel agency, not an airline or a hotel group. We hold no direct contracts with the hotels we list. Availability and rates come through our B2B supplier network, which is why a hotel enquiry comes back as a quotation rather than an instant confirmation.
- We do not publish fixed prices for flights, hotels or holidays. Fares and availability change by date and by supplier. Every figure you get from us is a live quotation, confirmed before anything is booked.
- Our service fee is shown on your quotation before you pay. There is no charge on your invoice that you have not already seen.
- If a trip does not work for your dates or your budget, we will say so. It is a shorter conversation than selling you something that falls apart at the airport.
