Cover arranged with the trip, not after it.
We arrange travel insurance alongside your flights, visa and hotel — so the cover is in place before you fly, and so the policy matches the trip you have actually booked rather than a rough guess at it.
Cover sized to the journey
The right policy depends on how often you fly and who is travelling with you. These are the four shapes most of our enquiries fall into.
Single trip
One journey, covered from the day you leave to the day you return. The usual choice for a holiday, a family visit, or an Umrah trip with fixed dates.
Annual multi-trip
If you fly several times a year, one policy covering every trip across twelve months is usually simpler than buying cover each time you travel.
Family and group
One policy covering everyone travelling together, instead of a separate certificate for each passenger. Useful for family trips and group departures.
Cover for a visa application
A number of embassies will not accept a visa application without travel medical insurance. We arrange the certificate in the format the application asks for, alongside the rest of your file.
Four things we will ask you
Have these ready and a quotation usually takes one conversation rather than three.
Where and when
The destination country and your exact travel dates, including the return.
Who is travelling
How many travellers, and the age of each one. Age moves the premium more than anything else.
What the trip is worth
The amount you want protected if the trip has to be cancelled or cut short.
Anything to declare
Existing medical conditions have to be declared to the insurer. Tell us, and we put it in the application properly.
How travel insurance actually works
- The policy is between you and the insurer, not between you and us. We arrange the cover and help you with the paperwork. The insurer underwrites the policy and decides claims.
- We do not publish fixed premiums. The price depends on the destination, the dates, the ages of the travellers and the level of cover. Every figure we give you is quoted for your trip.
- Read the policy wording before you travel. Exclusions, excesses and limits differ between policies. We send the wording with your quotation, and we will go through it with you if you ask.
- Declare existing medical conditions. An undeclared condition is the most common reason a travel claim is refused. It is a short conversation now and a very long one later.
Tell us about the trip.
Send us the destination, the dates and the ages of everyone travelling. We will come back with options and the wording, so you can compare properly before you decide.
