What to send us
Destination — city or area, and the hotel name if you already have one in mind.
Dates — check-in and check-out.
Rooms and guests — how many rooms, adults and children, and the children’s ages.
Hotel rating — 3, 4 or 5 star, or tell us your budget per night.
Board basis — room only, breakfast, half board or all inclusive.
Anything else — airport transfers, a late check-out, connecting rooms, or accessibility needs.
We hold no direct hotel contracts. Every stay is sourced through third-party B2B travel suppliers, so rates and availability are checked for your dates each time and can change until the booking is confirmed. What we send you is a quotation, not a confirmed reservation, until you accept it and we confirm it back to you in writing.
